The Position
The HR Coordinator will report into the SVP HR for our European HQ.
This is a new (temp) role which whilst the business is in a period of transformation will enable the Senior HR Leadership Team to elevate and focus on strategic work and leading the HR Function.
The role will mainly support the SVP HR EHQ and as required the VP Total Reward and VP Talent.
Main responsibilities;
- Arranging logistics (meetings, events etc) for HQ team
- Diary management
- Prepare documents, presentations etc as required
- Onboard new HR team members into the function, arrange buddy, equipment, access, company information etc
- Pulling together relevant data or reports as required
- Take notes and follow up on actions required from leadership meetings
- Expenses, travel
- Arrange key team meetings
Experience Required
- Similar role within a large corporate organization for over 3 years
- Ideally worked within HR teams before, given the sensitivity of the information and function
- Great Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
- Highly organized
- Able to work autonomously
- Solution focused
- Highly collaborative
The person will need to be in our Amsterdam offices a minimum of twice a week.
