Key Responsibilities:
- Participates in the implementation and execution of talent management and development programs and initiatives by ensuring accurate communication and scheduling of (virtually) facilitator led programs and workshops, enabling associates to sign up through our Learning Management System
- Prepares and maintains a variety of written documentation, to include policies and procedures, reports and presentations, training or job aids and develops and/or conducts training on talent related topics and systems
- Serves as a first point of contact to the HR Business Partners, our EU & Global Talent Partners, HR Advisors and the business for talent management and development related queries, programs and tools, addressing questions and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Supports the talent review/succession reporting and monitoring process, including tracking the progress of development plans, monitoring succession plans, and maintaining talent files
- Works closely with HR Business Partners and line management to support the execution of follow-up initiatives coming from the yearly Talent Review process
- Assists in measuring and assessing the impact of all Talent Management processes provides talent analytics
- Works with external talent development vendors and partners
- Contributes to the overall development of the Talent Management & Development function, quality, marketing & PR to drive our learner experience and engagement
The Ideal Candidate:
- Business degree;
- Previous work experience is minimum of 5 years, of which minimum of 3 years in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition or Talent Development
- Has worked previously in an international matrix;
- Process-minded & driven: able to understand and oversee a process from beginning to end in a complex matrix organization
- Highly detail-oriented, analytic, energetic and self-motivated individual
- Comfortable working in an environment in which businesses processes, tools, deadlines etc. are continually evolving
- Resourceful in overcoming roadblocks that hinder processes
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with others inside and outside of own team
The Department and Team
The Talent team is part of HR and based at the European Headquarters in Amsterdam and is responsible for providing all our associates having an office-based role across EMEA with opportunities for career planning, personal growth, and professional development. This is done through enabling an end-to-end talent approach and offering which is enabled and embedded via an agile team of global talent professionals. The team in Amsterdam collaborates closely with the Global Talent Center of Expertise based in the US and with all the market HUBs teams in EMEA
