Through select licensees, Tommy Hilfiger offers complementary lifestyle products such as eyewear, watches, fragrance, swimwear, socks, small leather goods, home goods and luggage.




Key Responsibilities:



CRM Planning:


  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop CRM campaign plans aligned with business objectives.


  • Define campaign objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and success metrics.


  • Contribute to vision and roadmap development for the CRM platform by introducing and driving marketing automation initiatives and projects to make sure that capabilities of the current CRM infrastructure are utilized to its fullest extent.



Campaign Development and Execution:


  • Design and execute CRM campaigns (Email) for Tommy Hilfiger from A to Z.


  • Develop compelling campaign content, offers, and creative assets to engage and retain customers.


  • Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems for campaign execution, audience segmentation, and personalization.


  • Ensure accurate and timely campaign deployment while adhering to regulatory compliance and best practices.



Data Analysis and Optimization:


  • Analyze campaign performance data and engagement metrics to identify insights and optimize campaign effectiveness.


  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign elements, including messaging, timing, and creative assets.


  • Continuously monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.


  • Collaborate with data analytics teams to leverage customer data for segmentation, targeting, and personalization.




Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Work closely with Marketing, Ecom, Member Activation and technology teams to align CRM campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and business goals.


  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling campaign content and assets.


  • Collaborate with data and operations team to implement and develop features in CRM and marketing automation tools.


  • Contribute to or lead (cross functional) projects for CRM campaign enhancements and innovations.



Industry Research and Best Practices:


  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM campaign management.


  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.


  • Share knowledge and insights with the team and contribute to the development of CRM strategies and practices.




Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.


  • Proven experience (3 years) in CRM campaign management, preferably email marketing knowledge and experience


  • Strong understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle management, and marketing automation.


  • Proficient in using CRM and marketing automation platforms (preferably Salesforce).


  • Familiarity with data analysis, segmentation, and targeting techniques.


  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.


  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.


  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling campaign content and assets.


  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


  • Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of campaign execution.


  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.


  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)


  • Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive personality
