The Department and Team
The E-commerce (Ecom) team is responsible for managing the European own and operated Tommy.com and Calvinklein.com sites across all European markets. The team operates all necessary functions to manage the Ecom business end-to-end. Both brands are growing at a rapid pace and have ambitious growth targets for the coming years. The team is 150+ people strong and will continue to grow significantly. Our team consists of highly motivated and skilled professionals from various cultural backgrounds and nationalities, making it an inspiring environment to work in.

As the own and operated Ecom business is one of the main growth opportunities for both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, there is a high focus in the organization to support the Ecom expansion. As such, a large number of projects aimed at improving consumer experience and driving business growth are being implemented across the value chain and require project management support. We are looking for a Project Manager Maternity Cover to support organizational priorities.

The Position
As a member of the E-commerce Projects team you will report into the Director Strategic Projects, Project Management and Consumer Centricity, and be responsible for managing projects across the E-commerce department. You will be working cross functionally on both front and back end projects, building a solid understanding of business processes and priorities and developing strong relationships across teams. You will be responsible for owning processes from inception to completion, constantly assessing and communicating project advancement and status, raising red flags when issues arise and support solving road blocks.

Role and Responsibilities:
 

  • Gather requirements for project scoping, develop and execute project plans, and regularly communicate status for stakeholders
  • Interface with all members of the Ecommerce team and cross-functional stakeholders to keep relevant projects on schedule and within budget
  • Drive stakeholder management with relevant teams for issue escalation, resolution and priority roadmap
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and lead regular meetings with supporting functions and external vendors
  • Develop and maintain process documentation for continuity and reference purposes

     

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • 4-6 years of project management experience, successfully leading projects and programs on-time, on-schedule and within budget 
  • Previous experience in Ecommerce fashion / lifestyle or other digital, direct to consumer business environments
  • Experience leading implementation of software / tools used by several functions and teams 
  • Experience with Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall project management methodologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities
  • An excellent understanding of stakeholder relationships with the ability to influence across and down multiple business and technology organizations
  • Detail oriented and organized; able to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Business-level English
