The Team


The EMEA Creative Services team is a creative hub within the DTC organization, responsible for providing consumers the most compelling store and showroom experience in the region based on the global direction delivered by the TH Store Design & Visual Experience department in the Amsterdam global Tommy Hilfiger headquarters, and the CK Global department based in the New York global Calvin Klein headquarters. Overseeing the creation of VM & Windows guidelines, sampling and production of window concepts, showroom operations, and regional product presentation training, this EMEA department ensures regional DTC success in close collaboration with the market hubs.


The TH VM & Windows team produce and deliver guidelines and tools to the EMEA markets based on the overarching strategy and concepts from the global teams, ensuring brand consistency and commerciality across retail and wholesale. Production and implementation of global window concepts and campaigns are managed in accordance with the brand calendar.



The Position


The Campaigns & Consumer messaging coordinator, part of the Tommy Hilfiger EMEA VM & Windows team reporting to the Senior Specialist Campaigns & Consumer messaging, supports the rollout of seasonal and non-seasonal campaign and consumer messaging to the EMEA region through close partnership with vendors and internal stakeholders to ultimately drive consumer engagement.



Key responsibilities:


   Support on the on-time delivery of seasonal and non-seasonal campaign imagery & video to our retail and wholesale stores in accordance with the brand and DTC calendars for all in-store and window lightboxes/frames/screens.


   Support on driving efficient processes through an effective collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders


   Support on setting seasonal image priorities based on product


assortment and brand focuses and assign to lightbox/frames and POS


   Collaborate with different vendors (print, editors, translations, video screen control) and clearly brief changeout strategy in a timely manner to ensure campaign launch dates are met


   Approve image allocation and cropping prior to production


   Support on creating guidelines for clear communication on the seasonal campaign and consumer messaging


   Ensure the on-time availability of non-seasonal consumer messaging based on global toolkits and adapt locally as needed by EMEA hubs, whilst ensuring cohesion


   Partner with Visual Operations team to maintain consumer messaging assets on the digital


signage web shop


   Monitor and guide the local production process between local markets (where applicable)




The Ideal Candidate


   Work experience in a related role including supplier briefing and production


   Experience with vendor management, ideally in print production


A passion for consumer journey and experience

   Excellent knowledge of MS office & Adobe Creative Suite software


   Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills


   Ability to multitask between projects and work streams


   Fluent English communication skills [written and spoken]
