The Department and Team


CK Marketing Europe


The role is part of the CK EMEA Brand Marketing department responsible of strategizing and executing all global campaign across Europe. You will sit at the interaction between Brand Marketing, Ecommerce, Comms & influencer, Media, Creative Studio, CI, CRM, analytics, local teams and external partners.


The CK Brand Marketing department has 3 key objectives:



 Increase visibility to drive engagement and brand desirability in the markets


Leverage data / insights to drive traffic and conversion at full price and for wholesale partners

Be a pro-active business partner with all stakeholders, internal and external



The Marketing Department is consumer driven and value led, focused on delivering impact and incremental profits for the corporation. The team adds value by smart, scalable, consumer centric initiatives, while leveraging data and insights to validate our approach.


In everything we do we want to create the best experiences for consumers online/offline and to be the most desired fashion brand where consumers shop. Whether it is through impactful in-store experiences, clear navigation and storytelling. We deliver data driven and insight-based consumer journeys that our markets want to activate in order to win at the point of purchase while strengthening our global brand.



The Position



The team manages all our consumer facing sales channels; ecom, retail, outlet, franchise, marketplace and wholesale activations for all marketing campaigns that are rolled out globally and local activations upon request. Your main focus will be on our DTC channels and in close contact with all our local teams.



Role and Responsibilities:


-   Support the Senior Brand marketing manager in implementing the global campaigns locally.


-   Advise on local markets´ annual and seasonal strategies, to ensure they are holistic (consumer-first) and ladder up to regional marketing priorities and global brand priorities.


-   Lead and project manager bigger 360 activations across internal stakeholders


(ecom / retail / wholesale / media / coms / studio / local teams) and external (agencies / vendors)


-   Share best practices with other markets on an ongoing basis to drive success in the region.


-   Be the main POC for designated markets for local marketing briefs and ensure they would deliver against the EU regional needs and priorities


-   Cultivate relationships with local marketing teams and internal stakeholders


-   Manage the dedicated budget for local omnichannel activation



-   A minimum of 4-5 years working experience in fashion or luxury industry


-   At the minimum a Bachelor´s degree in Marketing/Communications


-   Demonstrated success in driving projects from concept to implementation and measurement of results, in close partnership with cross-functional teams


-   Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and self-starter to improve efficiencies and processes.


-   Pro-active and hands-on and independent


-   Creative, open minded and resourceful


-   Attention to detail


-   Fluent in English, both written and spoken form


-   Responsive and service minded


-   Ability to manage multiple projects with challenging lead-times at the same time
