Spanning across 26 locales and available in 7 different language the Calvin Klein European Ecom experience is visited by over 12 million visitors a year. The Customer Experience team is responsible for designing, testing and building this best-in-class Ecom platform. We strive to ensure that calvinklein.com doesn't just look amazing but performs well and anticipates our customer's needs.

Position Description:
As UX/UI Designer you will be part a growing team of 3-5 designers focusing on the Calvin Klein Ecommerce Experience. You are a talented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating beautiful, intuitive user interfaces and understand how to optimize customer journeys in an elegantly fashion. You are experienced in managing a team. You'll be responsible for taking products and features from early concepts and wireframing through prototyping, iterating based on feedback, working with developers on implementation and measuring the outcome of your work.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CRO team, Product Owners as well as other Ecom stakeholders such as Merchandising, CRM and Marketing
- Design new features and interfaces based on data-driven insights, business, and customer feedback
- Iterate on designs and drive product features from concept through final implementation and polish, working within the CX team together with our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) specialists and product owners.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to define simple and intuitive experiences for users
- Constantly re-evaluate and iterate on product interfaces based on feedback and measured performance bottlenecks

Requirements:
- Excellent user focused design skills with a portfolio to prove it. The ability to see the bigger picture and capacity to design for scalability and reuse. 
- Excellent understanding of designing for users in a responsive & mobile-first environment.
- Extensive experience in leading, managing, coaching, developing UX designers promoting individual growth and mentorship. 
- Agile environment experience, working collaboratively within a team as well as being self-led. Enjoy working with engineers to make your design a reality. 
- Experience in user testing, ability to analyze data & validate, before creating a solution.
- Highly skilled with standard design applications (Sketch, Adobe CS, InVision)
- Some experience with front-end programming (HTML, CSS, Javascript) is an advantage.
- Ecommerce experience, with focus on upper and mid funnel
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design or related area.
- Relevant commercial experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong understanding of UX processes 
- Extensive knowledge in leading and managing all aspects of Digital Product UX Design
