The Digital Selling team's product portfolio covers the full end-to-end process of digital wholesale selling. We constantly look for ways to improve our users' lives. About The Team
The Digital Selling team consists of three pillars: 

[1] Product - responsible for working closely with our users to ideate, design and build new features and products, 

[2] Operations - responsible for change management, launching, harmonisation and continuation of our digital products across markets, 

[3] Innovation & Strategy - responsible for tying business opportunities into the digital wholesale selling kitchen and implementing strategic and innovative initiatives.

The Position 

• Senior-level
• To ensure quality work that current designers can easily use without further notification
• To bring in someone the current designers can learn from
• UI Designer
• To focus solely on the nice-to-have's that we've been overlooking while focusing on UX
• To go through styling with a fine-tooth, pixel-perfect comb from a UI expert's eye
• To work 2 or 3 days a week (workload isn't enough to be full-time)
• To work on 1-3 projects that once completed will be maintained by current designers
• To give us a fail-safe in case it doesn't work out
  
   

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance current UI styling, bringing a fresh & consistent look to PVH digital selling products (Prana, Catalog & B2B)
• Define new interactions & transition effects, to bring more movement to the products
• Enhance current Figma components library, to ensure long-term usability of new UI elements
• Write Style Guides & general design documentation, to ensure long-term usability of new UI elements
• Guide & train current Product Designers into decisions behind new UI styling & component structure
• Support the Digital Selling team by picking up nice-to-have's that currently get de-prioritised due to focus on must-have's
• Work with external frontend developers to ensure 100% alignment between frontend components and design components
  
   

The Ideal Candidate

• Expert in Figma
• Library creation (responsive components, styles management)
• Prototyping (interactive components)
• Documentation
• Extensive experience in aligning the UI styling between multiple highly complex products
• Passion for upholding the relationship between good UI and good UX
• Not just make it pretty, but make it usable and enjoyable
• Experience in creating accessible UI styling
• Experience in designing web apps for use on Windows laptops at 150% zoom
• Solid interaction design skills & experience
• Motion design skills are a plus, for small animations
• Extensive experience in design developer handoffs
• Ability to work well remotely with our external Frontend development team
• Ability to travel to Serbia if f2f alignment is needed
• Excellent design communication skills, to ensure stakeholders understand the value behind any proposals for improvements
• Inter-team stakeholder management skills, to ensure proposals for changes are respected, understood and encouraged by other teams aside your own
