Training & Content Specialist
Department Description:
The Digital Selling team sits within Digital Product, the department responsible for PVHs digital B2B buying and selling experiences. The Digital Selling team's product portfolio covers the full end-to-end process of digital wholesale selling. We constantly look for ways to improve our users? lives. This means that our day-to-day is working on better integration, technology, services and digital tools to continuously make the selling experience better for our users.
The Digital Selling team consists of two pillars:
[1] Product - responsible for working closely with our users to ideate, design and build new features and products,
[2] Operations - responsible for change management, launching, harmonization and continuation of our digital products across markets. The Training & Content Specialist sits within the Operations pillar of the team.
Role and responsibilities.
The Training & Content Specialist will report to the Director Digital Selling. This role is responsible for developing and driving the Digital Product training and content materials in order to drive the adoption and understanding of the Digital Selling products for everyone who interacts with them.
In this role, the Training & Content Specialist also collaborates closely with Product Owners and the Communication Specialist, as well as Tech teams to gather all the relevant information and content for the creation of training and supporting materials.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Content developments:
Lead the creation of content to support our users' understanding of our digital products.
Lead qualitative sessions with our users to gain a better understanding of their needs and expectations on training and content materials.
Liaise on a regular basis with product owners to gain knowledge on new products or features development of new digital products. Ensure you gather the relevant information for the creation of training and content materials (users first approach).
Help Product Owners with the development of the products roadmaps and liaise with the Communication Specialist to align on launch dates and communication approach to new products and/or updates.
Collaborate with our vendor in tailoring training materials to onboard new users.
Trainings: Develop and execute the Digital Product training strategy to engage and inspire digital product users while bringing their digital selling skills to the next level.
Lead on-demand training and onboardings for new Products
Lead retrospective sessions to gather feedback on training and improve the quality of all our outputs.
Facilitate demonstrations/walkthroughs in the Digital Showroom.
Requirements and Skills:
- 1 - 3 years of function-relevant working experience
- Master's degree
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Excellent project management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize
- Collaborative: able to liaise closely across different levels of the organization
- A pro-active, hands-on and pragmatic approach
- An ability to think outside of the box and bring edge to ways-of-working
