The Department and Team
The European Retail Brick & Mortar team oversees the supply chain for the European stores Full Price, Outlet, Concession, & Franchise, for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. The team drives merchandise planning strategies, builds ranges and collections, manages the order book and logistics, in-season management, and drives strategies with Ecommerce partners to evolve an Omni-channel consumer journey. The team environment is dynamic, open and respectful.

The Retail B&M Full Price planning team is focused on pre-season planning and in-season management, and works closely together with the merchandising and operations teams.

The Position
We are looking for a Merchandise Planner to support our Tommy Hilfiger Branded Retail stores in Europe. You will join the team and help build future season range plans, partner with out country teams on product strategy and help Tommy Hilfiger connect with its consumers and deliver the future growth of our business. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop seasonal range plans, incorporating consumer insights, market trends and commercial opportunities;
  • Drive seasonal planning process with Country teams, advising on growth opportunities for the Tommy Hilfiger Brand;
  • Validate planning and buying decisions to budget and strategy agreements. 
  • Deliver informed insights, evolve analytical capabilities and promote actions based on consumer trends;
  • Partner with country teams on in-season sales and stock management.
     

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, a new organization, and prioritize workflows effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in managing the merchandise planning cycle, preferably in the fashion branded retail sector.
  • Excellent communication skills, business fluent in English (written & verbal)
  • Strong system skills directly with Planning/Merchandising Systems and Excel.
  • Highly proficient in data management and leveraging data to drive insights and action.
