Temp Master Data Project Coordinator

The Position 
The Ecommerce Master Data Project Coordinator will support the Calvin Klein Master Data team with the Product Data Model creation.

The key objective of this role is to lead and deliver the project around Calvin Klein merchanidise attribution with the goal of building a complete overview of all attributes and values used during the Ecommerce product enrichment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect the complete list of values belonging to each product attribute, using already existing product copy and previously completed attribute enrichments, which will serve as the Product Data Model for all future seasonal enrichments
• Work in close collaboration with the Master Data Coordinators and Ecommerce copywriters to understand the copywriting process and enrichment needs of ck.com and Partner Program
• Perform analysis of the product data required by the partners (Zalando, AboutYou) to ensure all channel needs are covered by the Product Data Model
• Build new attribute enrichment templates and copywriter guidelines in Microsoft Excel, incorporating the new Product Data Model
• Establish new copywriting and product enrichment process for Calvin Klein
• Clean up already existing PIM and Tradebyte data model from errors or inconsistencies
• Work in PIM Informatica and Tradebyte product data management tools

The Ideal Candidate has:

• Extensive, proven experience in Ecommerce product copywriting or fashion product attribution is a must
• Excellent fashion garment production knowledge
• Experience in working with PIM Informatica or Tradebyte is a plus
• Experience In working with Microsoft Excel
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong affinity towards working with garment information on a very detailed level 
• Fast problem-solving skills and result-driven mindset
• Ability to work under pressure with deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form
