About this role
As a Tech Product owner, you will be part of the Collaboration & Communication tooling team. It is a new team. You will be building it up together with the lead. You will work together with other teams in our Infrastructure & Operation domain; our PVH counter parts in the United States, vendors and of course our business stakeholders. 
You will help to shape the roadmap for collaboration tooling in collaboration with the key stakeholders and will be responsible for the delivery.
The Collaboration tooling team is new. The tooling itself is not new (Atlassian, MIRO, Teams, Asana, Jabber, Webex, MentiMeter etc.). This year's delivery will be to identify all tools, stakeholders, set up a catalogue, tooling training program, sort out licenses and ensure all tooling meets our security requirements. 
You will manage communication to ensure progress is timely communicated.

Responsibilities:

  • Start up the team
  • Creation and maintenance of product backlog (documentation, epics, stories)
  • Refinement of user stories and epics with the team
  • Continuous prioritization of backlog and sprints scope to maximize value delivered
  • Present user stories and requirements to the team and key stakeholders to identify the best solutions
  • Participate in team ceremonies, assess progress, and support in clarifying any unclear requirement
  • Support the definition of collaboration tooling's vision, ensuring any initiative has users at the heart of decisions
  • Strive for continuous optimization 

    About you
  • 4 years relevant working experience as a Tech Product Owner/Product Owner/Scrum master
  • Proven track record in delivering small-medium size initiatives having measurable business value
  • Experience with JIRA/Agile and moderating brainstorm/ideation sessions;
  • A strong sense of ownership and excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to respond to change or uncertainty with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
