Talent Acquisition acts as an internal agency finding the best talent internally or within the external market in order to fill current open positions at PVH Europe, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, and also build a solid pipeline for future needs.

 

Position Summary

Partner with Hiring Managers in a defined business area responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent into open positions. As an expert in their field the TA Partner uses deep knowledge and external insights to build candidate pipelines and fulfil workforce requirements.

 

 

Position Responsibilities:

•       Partner with Hiring Managers across Product, Creative or Omnichannel in a defined business area and manage all operational recruitment activities across attraction, selection and onboarding

•       Use Workday to drive automation and a digital user experience across stakeholders; ensure data and process compliancy across users (thereby enabling accurate reporting and insights)

•       Provide expert technical advice to Hiring Managers sharing best practice insights throughout the hiring process

•       Uses market knowledge to drive competitive screening of applicants and ensure quality applications are received

•       Advise Hiring Managers on their Talent Acquisition needs as well as appropriate sourcing channels

•       Responsible for prescreening candidates and increasing conversion rates through recruitment funnel

•       Drive improvements in attraction and selection to increasing diversity and enhance representation

•       Design and consult Hiring Manager on appropriate assessment tools and techniques to increase quality of hire

•       Execute proactive recruitment initiatives; sourcing, referrals and evergreen positions to build talent pipelines

•       Support Employer Experience and HRBP’s ensuring appropriate skills matching to jobs for reintegration and redeployment cases

•       Enable internal careers to adopt an internal priority for external hiring, sourcing associates based on skills against open positions for significant growth areas increasing use of internal equity

•       Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder journey through the hiring process

•       Supports attraction and planning for future talent cyclical activities

•       Where capacity allows support ad hoc HR projects i.e. Talent Broker program

 

Requirements:

•       4 - 7 years’ experience and specialist knowledge in Talent Acquisition

•       Technical expertise in either retail, creative, product or omnichannel recruitment specialism

•       Experience of end to end Talent Acquisition process specifically sourcing and selection

•       Strong communication skills able to partner and consult with Hiring Managers at all levels when hiring

•       Experience of sourcing candidates through different channels i.e. LinkedIn or talent communities

•       High degree of self-management, autonomy & proactive attitude

•       Advanced knowledge of recruitment system and / or tools
