The Team
The mission of the Calvin Klein Marketing team specifically the CRM & Membership team is to build and nurture strong customer relationships by enhancing personalized member experiences. This team plays a crucial role within the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) organization by focusing on customer data, engagement, and loyalty initiatives, ensuring that Calvin Klein´s DTC channels effectively engage and retain customers to drive brand growth and success.
The Position
As a CRM Studio Designer, you play a key role in the development and execution of digital-first creative assets, with a strong focus on CRM channels including email and Store POS. You will translate campaign and trading briefs into visually compelling, on-brand designs that drive engagement and conversion.
Working closely with CRM, global marketing, and commercial teams, you will ensure that all creative outputs are optimized for their respective channels, balancing brand expression with performance. This role requires both creative excellence and a strong understanding of digital design systems, templates, and production workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Design CRM-focused creative assets for email campaigns and Store POS
Translate campaign briefs into effective design solutions across touchpoints
Optimize designs for performance (layout, hierarchy, responsiveness)
Work within and evolve design systems and templates (Figma)
Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and e-commerce teams
Manage high-volume design production workflows
Continuously improve output based on feedback and performance insights
The Ideal Candidate
Skills:
Strong digital design skills with focus on conversion and layout
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong experience with Figma and design systems
Understanding of email design best practices
Ability to work within template-driven environments
Strong organizational and communication skills
Affinity with data-informed design
Education, Experience, and Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in digital design
- Experience with CRM/email design
- Experience with scalable design systems
- Experience in DTC or commercial environments
- Strong portfolio of digital/CRM work
- Fluency in English
