The Team:
The Supply Chain Operation department can be roughly divided in 2 parts; one is responsible for the execution of the supply chain operations, while the other part is responsible for continuous improvement of the Supply Chain. 
This 2nd part is managed by the Supply Chain Process Department, which consists of 6 teams and around 35 people. One of these 6 teams is the SCPD - Planning team where this role sits. The SCPD teams operate mainly between IT and the business and ensures smoothly implementation of new or improved process and/or systems.

The Position: 
As a Senior Specialist Supply Chain Planning within the Supply Chain Process Development department (SCPD) you are responsible for initiating & driving initiatives and projects to improve the overall Planning performance within PVH. Together with the cross-functional teams, you deliver these projects and improvement initiatives in Supply Chain Planning area for the brands of PVH. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support definition and implementation of the roadmap for the Planning domain and drive Planning process improvements based on your own initiatives, opportunities or PVH? Supply Chain strategy
  • Set up and develop planning process expertise within SCPD to support planners within PVH Europe
  • Collaborates with solution providers, internal IT and business to improve planning processes and tools
  • Drives the problem solving process: frames problems, guides analytical modeling, and through analysis provides insights into solutions
  • Provide direction and support to SCPD project managers regarding planning process improvements
  • Deliver timely and relevant communication to all stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Develop and offer employee trainings and development on planning processes and tools
  • Evaluate and assess results and data as input for continuous improvement
  • Participate as planning process expert in cross-functional projects or planning projects initiated by other departments
     

The Ideal Candidate: 

  • A completed MA degree / equivalent in Supply Chain Management or Business administrations or other appropriate education
  • Approx. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the field of supply chain and system projects; fashion experience is a big plus
  • Experience in a complex business environment in different areas of supply chain; have know-how of supply chain processes & systems, including planning and/or forecasting experience; 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong project management & communication skills: ability to clearly explain complex topics to a diverse audience, team player 
  • People management experience: establish and maintain relationships within the (IT) team and with internal and external partners that drive development and collaboration
  • High standard of ethics, integrity and confidentiality
  • Hands-on, result oriented and structured
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Business fluency in English (written and verbal)
