Department Description:
Creative Services is responsible for the architectural & interior design of showrooms, wellness & workplaces for PVH.
Creative Services subsequently works hand in hand with (country based) Project Managers in order to execute and deliver all projects.

With regards to showrooms, Creative Services is responsible for the design, execution & delivery of seasonal concepts (these change 4x year), on a global scale for TH and on a European scale for Calvin Klein.

Additionally, Creative Services is responsible for the design & roll-out of digital showrooms globally and for the design of HQ/ wholesale architectural projects.

Position Description and responsibilities:
Reporting into the Manager Showroom Concepts & Design, you devise & design display concepts in support of the seasonal collections, in line with the global design briefs and divisional VM requirements.
You are involved in all the different project phases; from devising concepts, detailed designs, to monitoring/directing execution and installation on site.
The process thereof includes:
-   Research on given themes and/or product focuses.
-   Communication with Divisional merchandising teams in order to identify/define the seasonal product focuses & responsibility for accommodating the specific VM requests into the final design setups. 
-   Drawing up concepts & translating these into tangible designs and present internally to all stakeholders for sign-offs (incl. communication with divisional leads/VP's). 
-   Working together with the Designers & Coordinators involved on all related sourcing, tendering & budgeting as well as all related project schedules, and enabling flexibility in the design process to adapt/revise when required. 
-   Initiate communication and enabling the execution & delivery of (seasonal) concepts to the Amsterdam flagship showrooms as well as supporting by remote for delivery to global showroom locations (30+). This includes creating design packs, providing artworks & graphics for printing/production, creating required technical drawings in support of FF&E elements and communicating with all related vendors & contractors.
-   Together with the Coordinators & Designers involved, responsible for guiding/directing execution & installation on site, and making sure the design is delivered as intended. 
-   Designing & adapting to scope, always keeping both budgets & sustainability targets in mind.
You must be a natural people person, a team player, with excellent verbal & written communication skills. Being open-minded & accepting of feedback as well as creative input from all layers of the organization is essential. 
You must have relevant & goal-focused work experience (5 years minimum), and be comfortable interacting & working directly with suppliers, freelancers, temporary staff & international colleagues alike.

You must possess an absolute eye for detail & perfection as well as be thoroughly organized & capable of working on multiple projects at the same time.

Requirements:
-   A bachelor/master's degree in Interior design/architecture or equivalent experience
-   A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in devising concepts & collaborating on design projects (Interiors, windows/ VM/events or similar)
-   Passionate & knowledgeable about the fashion, interior & creative design fields
-   Demonstrated energy, drive, determination and persistence; ability to multitask
-   A hands-on attitude 
-   Absolute team player 
-   Strong eye for detail and a natural sense of design/styling.
-   Experience in graphic design is a +
-   Open minded with a global design mindset
-   Outstanding organizational skills
-   Full proficiency in design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Vray, Autocad)
-   Understanding of budgeting & planning
-   Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal (English a must; Dutch or other languages a +)
