The Position
As a Senior Specialist working in the Brand Strategy Planning team, this position support in securing the integration of Consumer Insights and Brand Strategy content into the global business planning process for PVH. The position will require the ability to analyse multiple sources of quantitative (financial, commercial and consumer) and qualitative data in order to structure and manage projects to inform strategic brand and business initiatives on both a global and regional level. It also requires connecting with stakeholders in global brand functions a HQ and across regions to secure consumer insights content lands and is applied within the planning process.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Support in the integration of Consumers Insights and Brand Strategy content into the global business planning process for PVH (annual and longer term)
- Help build the strategic framework and analysis required to secure an up-to-date view on brand performance by collaborating with the team, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
- Support the implementation and analysis of the global brand equity KPI framework, developing recommendations to senior business stakeholders (including C-suite) in order to facilitate conversation about investment trade-offs and decisions
- Ad-hoc support to reinforce Consumer Insights and Brand Strategy development projects
- Develop presentation material in collaboration with brand strategists and consumer insights experts for use in high visibility senior stakeholder meetings
- Help drive the project management capability and project discipline within the Consumer Insights and Brand Strategy team, including managing the team's content hub, in order to achieve effective project delivery to the entire business
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3 -5 years of corporate finance, strategy, consulting or analytics experience
- Planning experience, preferably in retail and / or consumer space
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in distilling complex work into simpler clear conclusions, recommendations and presentations
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Collaborative; able to liaise closely across all levels of the organization
- Strong visual design skills, strict attention to detail
