Join our PVH Ecommerce division:
The Ecommerce team is responsible for managing the European owned-and-operated tommy.com and calvinklein.com sites across all European markets. The team executes all necessary functions to manage the Ecommerce business end-to-end. Both brands are growing at a rapid pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years.
The team is 115+ people strong and will expand significantly by the end of the year. Our team consists of highly motivated and skilled professionals from various cultural backgrounds and nationalities, making it an inspiring environment to work in. As the own-and-operated Ecommerce business is one of the main growth opportunities for both brands, there is a high focus in the organization to support the Ecommerce expansion.

The Team:
Spanning across 26 locales and available in 7 different language the Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein European sites are visited by millions of visitors per month. The Platform & Product team is responsible for digital product development of this best-in-class Ecom platform serving our 2 main brands. We strive to ensure that calvinklein.com and tommy.com don’t just look amazing - but performs like clockwork and anticipates our customer’s needs.

The Role:
As the Product Owner of the Trade and Price Optimization team you will work together with your product teams to enhance and optimize the platform for buying, used by the Buying & Planning teams, as well to enhance the Pricing tool. In this role you’ll be collaborating closely with the Ecom business teams and ABI. You are a leader that knows how to motivate and drive a product team forward whilst being able to prioritize stories based on data driven insights and/or business need.

• Get the best out of your scrum team consisting of front-end & back-end developers, business analysts and QA testers by daily collaboration and motivation.
• Backlog management: prioritize new features, bug fixes and roadmap epics based on business value in JIRA
• Research and specify new features and enhancements, write user stories and refine those with your team
• Liaise with various stakeholders on requirements to ensure the ‘Why’ and the ‘What’ are specified so that the scrum team can work on the ‘How’.
• Achieve the optimal implementation of changes to the tools.
• Investigate and resolve business issues that are reported for the operational processes.
• Monitor, analyse and evaluate the Buying and Pricing tools and initiate improvement requests based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Communicate and influence across the organization - making sure everyone understands what enhancements are being delivered in what time frames and the purpose behind them.

The Ideal Candidate:
You have a strong ‘can do’ mentality and an extreme eye for detail. You are not afraid to propose out of the box ideas but always support them with data.
You bring 5 years + experience as a Product Owner working with Buying and Pricing tools.

• Experience with the SCRUM methodology and an agile way of working;’ preferably you have your Product Owner certification
• A passion to understand and drive the best possible experience for our internal users
• Proficiency to analyse data & validate, before creating a solution
• Ability to understand business processes from stakeholders who depend on the Buying and Pricing tools
• An understanding of the end-to-end Seasonal purchasing process
• Ability to manage stakeholders from different brands and divisions, with distinctive processes and workflows.
