Senior Product Designer (Freelance)

The Position 
As UX/UI Designer you will be focusing on the Unification of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein E-commerce Experience. You are a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating beautiful, intuitive user interfaces and understand how to optimise customer journeys in an elegantly fashion. You'll be creating for creating products, from concepts to prototyping in a cross-functional team. You will report to the Head of UX.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive innovation and implement valuable design solutions to the e-commerce platform based on data-driven insights, business, and customer feedback.
Iterate on designs, create new user flows and prototypes to drive product features from concept to final implementation, while working closely with the CX team, product owners and CRO specialists.
Collaborate and present across the organisation with other e-commerce stakeholders such as Merchandising, CRM and Marketing.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent user centric design skills with relevant e-commerce experience or membership programs, as a product designer and a portfolio to prove it. 
• Exceptional eye for design and on top of the latest digital design trends and up to industry standards.
• Experience in user testing, ability to analyse data & validate, before creating a solution.
• Works collaboratively within a team of engineers, product owners and other designers, as well as being self-led.
• Highly skilled with digital design and prototyping applications (Figma / Sketch, knowledge of Axure RP and other prototyping or user test tools is a plus).
• A positive attitude and the ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
