Department Description:
Creative Services is responsible for the architectural & interior design of showrooms, wellness & workplaces for PVH.
Creative Services subsequently works hand in hand with (country based) Project Managers in order to execute and deliver dedicated projects.

With regards to showrooms, Creative Services is responsible for the design, execution & delivery of seasonal concepts (these change 4x year), on a global scale for TH and on a European scale for Calvin Klein and Nike UW.
Creative Services is also responsible for the design & roll-out of digital showrooms globally & the design of HQ/ wholesale architectural projects.

Position Description and Responsibilities:
The primary role of the Senior Manager- Concepts & Design is to initiate & lead concept creation in support of all the department's creative & interiors projects as well as work together with the team - once concepts approved- on their successful delivery. 

The Senior Manager- Concepts & Design is responsible for leading the team in all creative research related activities, as well as for safe guarding the quality & brand relevance of all Creative Services- concepts and projects.
He/she devises, proposes, adapts concepts which meet the requirements of the business.
He/ she is a multi-Brand expert, accustomed to adjusting concepts according to specific brand or client requirements.
With regards to seasonal showrooms, he/she leads the following activities at Manager/ Designer level:
-   Initiate research on given themes and/or product focuses, in line with the global briefs and the Divisional/ VM requirements
-   Lead the creation of concepts &, together with the Senior Director, seek sign off from the respective stakeholders at leadership level
-   Help ensure that the Designers & Coordinators have a clear framework within which to work or research, including alignment & clarity on budget, sustainability targets, planning
-   Responsible for precision & quality of execution 
With regards to all other projects, the Senior Manager- Concepts & Design collaborates with the relevant Project Architects & Coordinators to ensure that all concepts are Brand relevant, functional & adequate.
The Senior Manager- Concepts & Design is the departments' beacon regarding R&D, innovation, circularity and sustainability.
He/she drives the entire team forward, encouraging all to push boundaries, think outside the box and renew where & when necessary.
He/ she must be a natural people person, fully at ease interacting with all levels of the organization, both in written & verbal form.
He/she is an excellent communicator, both entirely comfortable listening to internal requests (effectively clients' briefs) as well as conveying clear creative direction to all parties, both internal & external.
He/she must have relevant & goal-focused work experience & be a proven people manager, comfortable interacting & working directly with colleagues, suppliers, freelancers, temporary staff & international colleagues alike.

He/she must possess an absolute eye for detail & perfection as well as be thoroughly organized & capable of working on multiple projects at the same time.

He/she must be able to design “to budget” and have awareness of the financial & scheduling impact of any decision made.

He/she must have (indirect) project management experience & be able to work to deadlines, according to project schedules agreed with the coordinators & planners.

He/she must have a passionate interest in the subjects of sustainability & circularity, and be willing to lead the team in all related initiatives, seeking innovative solutions & alternative proposals to the many project components in order for Creative Services to meet its carbon footprint reduction or Climate Cool targets.

He/she must be flexible in his/her approach to projects & the related work schedules, understanding that some week-end/ evening work will invariably be required close to project delivery.

Lastly, the Senior Manager- Concepts & Design must be fully aware of developments in the field, be in tune with competitors, be in synch with his/her time & be able to apply all this knowledge to his/her projects.

The Senior Manager- Concepts & Design reports into the Senior Director Creative Services.
The FF&E Designer & the Manager- Showroom Concepts & Design both report into him/her.

Requirements:
-   A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in devising concepts & managing design projects (windows/ VM/ events or similar)
-   Passionate & knowledgeable about the fashion, interior & creative design fields
-   Demonstrated energy, drive, determination and persistence; ability to multitask
-   A hands-on attitude 
-   Absolute team player 
-   Inspiring & motivating people manager
-   Strong eye for detail and a natural sense of design/ styling
-   Open minded with a global design mindset
-   Outstanding oganizational skills
-   Full proficiency in design programs (photoshop, vector works, Vray, Illustrator, sketch Up, Cinema 3D)
-   Understanding of budgeting & planning
-   Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal (English a must; Dutch or other languages a +)
-   Independent, quick thinker & solutions' driven 
-   Able to work within a large international company and a fast-paced environment
-   Used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines 
-   Flexible/ adaptable in mindset & work methods
-   Able to work efficiently by remote (wfh) as well as within a group environment
