The Position

CALVIN KLEIN Europe has launched a series of interconnected projects aimed at transforming our in-house marketing and data management capabilities to create a more connected, integrated and personalized dialogue with our consumers. A key part of this transformation project is the in-housing of our Performance marketing teams. In the last year we have been building the foundations and the team for Calvin Klein Performance Marketing. Now we are looking into moving to the next phase: building on the foundations and accelerating 2022 growth with key projects within the team and cross teams and departments.

Reporting to the SEA Manager, your role is key in driving growth to our website through paid search activation and planning. Within the SEA team you will be responsible for day to day account management as well as have the opportunity to shape strategic roadmaps/projects to improve channel performance. You will work with the wider performance marketing/business functions to provide scalable solutions that match overall business goals/needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with SEA Manager on strategy, prioritization, optimization, automation and innovation
  • Responsible for reaching defined targets on revenue growth for assigned markets
  • Monitor KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis against targets
  • Manage paid search campaigns end to end to ensure a successful outcome across multiple search engines, markets and languages
  • Plan, propose, develop and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, ad copy and other elements of paid search
  • Coordinate strategic projects that will drive the growth of paid search
  • Maintain and optimize feeds including Google shopping.
  • Collaborate with other performance marketing/business divisions to improve SEA data/tech infrastructure.
  • Mentor junior team members
  • Share best practices and learnings with other team members and other teams
     

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in working in a fast-paced Ecom environment or similar performance marketing role.
  • Extensive hands on paid search experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of paid search bid management tools and technologies e.g.
  • Search ads 360, Marin, Kenshoo, etc.
  • Good experience with Google shopping and feed optimisation.
  • Knowledge and understanding of feed management tools and technologies e.g. Google
  • Merchant Centre, Pricesearcher, Channable,
  • Efficient time management and strong problem solving skills
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Omniture, BigQuery, Tableau,
  • Google Data Studio.
  • Fluent English + one other European language preferred.
  • Knowledge of the retail & fashion industry is a plus.
  • Highly analytical and skilled in communication. Able to translate business questions and challenges into actionable & measurable solutions.
  • A detail-oriented, data-driven, and creative eye, combined with the ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • A strong learn-it-all and entrepreneurial mentality. Eager to learn and test new initiatives.
  • A highly flexible, positive and resilient attitude with the ability to be innovative and collaborate
