Department and Team
PVH Europe is on a mission to redefine the fashion industry by driving full digitisation along the company's entire value chain, from product design to the end-consumer.
The focus of the Technology department is to become a driving force in the organisation for technology strategies & tools that enable the company?s growth and create ever-increasing value for the end-user, be it the PVH organisation, the employees, our customers, or consumers.
Our Omnichannel Retail product teams create a seamless consumer experience across all consumer channels, thereby connecting online and offline channels. The success of the product teams is based on the effort and collaboration with many other teams across the organisation which are all part of the company's omnichannel journey. The product teams develop, implement, and orchestrate the initiatives in an agile way from a business perspective until complete operational implementation as well as guide the cross-functional teams.
The Retail Technology Team focus is on PVH's brick and mortar stores across Europe. The members are currently structured in 4 teams, Retail Sales, Retail Inventory and Retail Expansion and Operations, and Digital Checkout. The members are thriving experts in various retail technologies such as GK OmniPOS, SAP Sales, SAP CAR, RFID Technology, Fiori and ABAP development. As well embarking on the cloud journey to move code and solutions to the cloud.
The Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Systems Engineer as part of the Retail Expansion & Operations Team who can help us bring our In Store technology to the next level.
Customer Value and automation are key in deployment and configuration of our landscape. The focus should be on smart and remote implementations, occasional travelling may occur. You are considered an ambassador to our retail and digital selling network so collaboration and maintaining a healthy relationship with stake holders and (IT) partners is key.

You will:
- Plan, control, coordinate and/or execute the support and delivery of tech solutions to stores
- Take responsibility and ownership of bringing sustainable, manageable, and scalable solutions to stores and selling locations
- Respond to problems and incidents that cannot be resolved by Tech Support or Second Line
- Work with development and infra teams, partners, and local IT to ensure sustainable solutions
- Continuously improve and optimise processes
- Partner with development and infra teams, who are an important contributor to the design and build of optimised in-store solutions
- Document key processes and train partnering teams, so they can become self-maintaining
- Work outside business hours if needed
- Adhere to and help define SLA's
- Nurture and shape the relationship with our stake holders and drive an exceptional service experience
You have
- A strong background in retail tech services
- Strong communication skills and an open, bright, and enthusiastic personality
- Experience working in a dynamic environment where customer satisfaction drives success
- Experience in driving implementations and rollouts
- Knowledge of a variety of devices such as iPhone, iPad, laptops, and POS
- Willingness to improve each day and a positive state of mind
- Knowledge of Linux, IOS and/or Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of remote controlling solutions
- Knowledge of (GK) POS systems
- Knowledge of (Meraki) Networking infrastructures
- Experience with automation technologies to enable smart rollouts
- Experience with Lean, Agile, DevOps practices and/or ITIL methodology
- Experience with SAP
- Knowledge of retail processes
- Experience with Virtual environments
- Experience with ticketing and collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Jira, Confluence and/or Service Now
