The Team

Fitting within the wider PVH Supply Chain department, Central Quality Assurance (CQA) are accountable for PVH Europe product quality for both Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.

The Position 

The Quality Assurance Coordinator will report into the Senior Quality Assurance Manager within the Central Quality Assurance team and PVH Supply Chain department. He/she will be responsible for supporting and guiding our internal product divisions as well as our external partners in the development, production and shipping of products according to our technical standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Coordinate the testing process in a timely manner. Analyze failures and champion continuous improvement in the quality performance of our suppliers and vendors if appropriate. 
• Coordinate the product quality claims process in a timely manner, track progress and report status. Analyze failures and champion continuous improvement in the quality performance of our vendors and / or suppliers. 
• Support the overall execution of the PVH Europe QA risk assessment process as well as providing a specific contribution concerning quality, in line with key calendar milestones.
• Provide business administration support. Maintain quality assurance related technical information in our product management systems. Generate reports to provide visibility to and analysis of our key performance indicators.
• Build strong working relationships with our counterparts within the product divisions, providing general support in all quality related issues. 
• Liaise with our sourcing offices, direct vendors and 3rd party service providers concerning product quality.
  
   

The Ideal Candidate: 
 

• Minimum level of education: Bachelor degree in Fashion and/or Textiles
• A minimum of 2 years working experience, preferably in Apparel or Textiles industry.
• Able to utilize MS office suite and product management systems
• Able to thrive in a dynamic, global working environment and effectively navigate a multi-functional, matrix organization.
