The task is to streamline existing process and help out to organize / coordinate outstanding tasks.


Following skills are required to offer the support requested: project specialist, familiar with project management tools (we use Asana, Jira), process management, good at excel, eye for detail. Project management experience is a must, Familiar with SAP is a pre, not a must. Preferred availability is 24 hours per week, duration: 6 months

The Ecommerce division is part of the Omnichannel hub at PVH and is responsible for managing the European owned and operated tommy.com and calvinklein.com sites. Both brands are growing at a fast pace and have very ambitious growth targets for the coming years. The division consists of approx. 100+ people and will continue growing significantly in 2020. The team is proud of its diverse cultural backgrounds and nationalities and are all highly motivated and talented as well as inspiring to work with.

As the own and operated TH Ecom business is one of the main growth opportunities for the brand, there is a high focus in the organization to support the Ecom growth. One of the key pillars is to drive high quality traffic to our website as well consumer retention. Thus, we want to scale up our capabilities. In addition, there are many projects running covering the entire Ecom value chain which will improve e.g. operational processes, bring innovations and new features, investigate new market and business model opportunities.

Support Sr Manager Product Strategy in Go-Live process for Capsules and Exclusives.


Order upload (SAP)


Stock monitoring (HANA / SAP)


Sales performance tracking


Process management - update process management tool (ASANA and JIRA). Option to streamline process..


Update sales report
