The Position
The Product Launch Coordinator role is here to support two Product Launch Specialists within Calvin Klein Ecommerce team with the seasonal product onboarding process. From the data source (PLM, SAP), through the data enrichment process within Ecommerce PIM, until the product is live and sellable on the own webshop and marketplaces, this role is the backbone of successful collection launch and overall Ecom business.
The key objective in this role is to provide timely and efficient product go live by uploading assortment, enriching mandatory product data and resolving any data flow errors in collaboration with the relevant teams.
To become successful in the role of Product Launch Coordinator you would need to build a good understanding of how data flows through all CK Ecommerce tools and being enriched from external sources, such as copywriters, translation agencies and other tools.
The perfect candidate has affinity towards learning more about how Fashion Ecommerce works, basic understanding of fashion assortment and product groups, can learn new processes and tools quickly and has high standards towards own performance and the support given.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage seasonal and in-season collection go lives by ensuring new products, stock, pricing, imagery and product attributes are uploaded correctly in all systems and on site.
- Support Product launch team with go live error resolution, communicating bugs and issues within the master data and Ecommerce tools (SAP, PIM, WCS) and implementing fixes along with the Platform Operations team.
- Continuously improve product go live workflow for ck.com to minimize the revenue loss on go live delays and errors.
- Coordinate gathering of necessary product information, such as product titles, descriptions, PLP filters and other product tags from relevant teams for the timely collection launch.
- Maintain product categorization on site.
- Manage accurate and timely image availability in accordance with PVH Studios.
- Perform correct size mapping on site.
- Raise and monitor JIRA tickets to respective team to resolve errors in article onboarding.
- Maintain asset delivery reports and overviews, continuously check price and data error reports.
- Bi-weekly update the assortment reports to track product readiness status.
- Provide daily support to other Calvin Klein Ecommerce teams, divisions and business partners.

The Ideal Candidate has:
- 1-2+ years experience in Ecommerce/merchandising/product data management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ability to work with reports on a daily basis
- Experience in working with the Ecommerce tools such as PIM is a plus
- A master at working under pressure with deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and gain experience in the Fashion Ecommerce business
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to organize personal schedule to meet deadlines as well as manage the stakeholders to deliver on time
- Team work skills and affinity towards providing continuous support
- Great communication skills in written and verbal form
