The Team
As part of the wider Supply Chain team in the PVH Amsterdam Headquarters offices, the Supply Chain Process Development Retail team strives to create state of the art system solutions, to improve the order to cash processes for the Retail stores across all brands within PVH.
Our main stakeholders are the Retail teams located in the countries as well the Retail Central teams located in the Amsterdam Headquarters.

The Position 
You are part of the Supply Chain Process Development team for Retail, Concession and Consignment as well as of the Order to Cash Retail scrum team.

As Process Analyst, you build and improve solutions and processes for Retail, Concession and Consignment channels, to enable the Central Retail teams as well as the Local Teams in the countries to manage their business in an efficient and profitable manner across Retail stores for Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and PVH brands.

You work daily with systems, such as SAP FMS and reporting tools such as Hana and BW, understanding the business needs and improvements and translating them to the SAP technical team, who will develop the solution in the system.

The daily activities of the team are prioritized and managed through Agile methodology and its tools, such as Jira and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Together with the team, develop, improve and own operational Retail, Concession and Consignment business processes
  • Be the key driver for designing, testing, documenting the assigned SAP FMS user stories, working with Agile methodology within the Order to cash Retail scrum team
  • Support and be involved in the improvements of Retail business reports in tools such as BW, Hana, etc.
  • Proactively support and train the Retail Support teams in Amsterdam offices to improve the execution of multiple retail processes
  • Work closely together with SAP teams, Headquarter and Local Countries Retail teams to ensure alignment on relevant processes and systems
     

The Ideal Candidate:

  • University degree
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in fashion / retail business environment or related industry and within different areas of supply chain. Knowledge of sales and operations related processes.
  • Process and system savvy
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, team player with ability to influence others and therefore a strong networker.
  • Self-motivated, curious and hands on mentality
  • PC skills and excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. SAP knowledge and experience is preferred
  • Agile methodology knowledge is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (with strong knowledge in English).
