The Position
The core of your role is to support our teams and empower them to drive their own growth through mindset, skillset and toolset development. A concrete example is to successfully embed our soon-to-be-launched "Leadership Behaviors" into all of our Team Excellence offering

Role and Responsibilities:
- Expert in methodologies and best practices targeting high team performance, incl. hybrid teaming and team metrics & tracking
- Provides consultation and guidance on matters that drive a culture of high team performance and development, collaboration and accountability
- Builds team performance knowledge of the HR community and leaders by initiating a training program on "Art & Science of High Performing Teams"
- Designs, builds and delivers team excellence sessions, when needed, based on the specific needs of teams
- Identifies trends in the area of Team Excellence and acts as an advisor 
- Innovation & contiguous improvement: collects insights & data in the organization, brings in his / her external expertise and experiments with new ways to support teams
- Kicks-off the formation of an EU community of Team Excellence practitioners
