The Department and Team
The Omnichannel Development, Finance & Business Operations department formalizes the omnichannel strategy, drives the development of associated business processes & consumer services as well as leading their operational implementation. The department is also in charge of evaluating the business and financial performance of the omnichannel business. 
Within the department, the Omnichannel Strategy team supports the management team to design, formalize and drive the direct-to-consumer strategy, and channel specific strategies, and ensures business priorities are aligned across all stakeholders.
Being a privileged partner of the Management team, the Strategy team is also supporting the business transformation by designing effective change management approach to ensure all stakeholders are part of the journey. The Strategy team supports all departments and channels, also collaborating with the Market leaders and aims at fostering cohesion and collaboration with and among them.

The Position
The Manager, Omnichannel Strategy will work across the direct-to-consumer organization, and is responsible for driving and delivering strategic initiatives. The role supports both Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein; and is critical in supporting PVH as the industry and company moves towards digital models and direct-to-consumer strategies. 
This is a highly visible role which will require the applicant to interact with senior on a regular basis. They will need to come with a clear point of view and be able to effectively communicate, challenge and obtain buy-in with various stakeholders. Day to day, they will need to balance managing multiple projects and multi-disciplinary teams, driving initiatives from inception to completion. 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Driven strategic & transformational projects; leading the planning, execution & controlling of projects 
  • Co-Lead the problem solving process (with Senior Manager & business experts): manage the structuring of issues, the running of analyses, and the development of actionable recommendations for the business 
     
  • Support with the development of key strategic and business presentations for top management
     
  • Build business cases, analyze findings, frame challenges, and provide options for consideration and recommendations for resolution through analysis


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Educational requirements: University or business school degree, with an economic /business /project management or consulting focus 
  • Approximately 5-8 years' relevant experience in management consulting, and/or Corporate Strategy teams
  • Experience both in strategy and project/change management with a track record of driving cross-functional, high change impact programs and strategies
  • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy and with very senior stakeholders
  • Outstanding people and relationship skills; and ability to interact with different levels of a multi-cultural, international organization
  • Ability to deal with a new and wide variety of topic
  • Open, charismatic and winning personality to be able to handle various stakeholders across the organization and to communicate successfully with stakeholders across levels and cultures
