About the role
We're looking for a SaaS-y growth marketing expert to lead and accelerate our growth efforts. This role sits within the marketing team and works closely with our Brand Marketing and Sales teams. Growth marketing focuses on lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns; targeting and retargeting our audience across different channels. This role combines execution and strategy. You drive our demand generation efforts forward. In this role you will:

- Plan, build, execute, and report on single/multi channel lead generation programs, including but not limited to: social media, pay-per-click, paid social and email.
- Develop pipeline generation and acceleration programs for specific, targeted verticals and contacts.
- Lead marketing conversion rate optimization efforts across email marketing and landing page optimization.
- Test and optimize marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, such as PPC, video, social media, display, retargeting, 3rd party paid media vendors and others.
- Oversee lead generation reporting and analysis, including funnel conversion metrics and campaign performance across organic and paid channels. 
- Run experimentation initiatives to identify new growth opportunities, find new channels, tactics, audiences and offers.
- Be a close partner to sales and brand marketing to ensure quality lead delivery, proper follow-up and incorporate feedback into marketing programs.
- Oversee strategic projects in marketing operations and infrastructure, including marketing measurement capabilities, CRM and other martech platforms.

About you
- Have 4+ years of experience with B2B marketing/lead generation at SaaS companies, understanding of the B2B buying process, lead generation and lead nurturing
- Experience in managing and executing marketing strategies across channels: from SEM to paid social, email, and third-party.
- Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills.
- Are metrics-driven and passionate about using data to increase the performance of marketing programs.
- Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders from marketing, sales, product, and creative team. 
- Scrappy ability to get stuff done, roll up your sleeves, and tackle something hands-on.
- Knowledge in managing marketing automation systems, preferably Hubspot.
