The Team
PVH Europe is on a mission to redefine the fashion industry by driving full digitization along the company's entire value chain, from product design all the way to the end-consumer. Technology is at the heart of this. The Technology team aims to become the driving force in the organization for technology strategies & tools that enable the company's growth and create ever-increasing value for the end-user; be it for the PVH organization, the employees, our customers or consumers.
The support team is part of Infra & Ops and fits within the wider Technology department. Infra & Ops is responsible for Networking, Compute & Cloud, End User Infrastructure and Support. Support within PVH Europe is multibrand (Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and Heritage) and works from its new state-of-the-art Campus in Amsterdam.
The team closely collaborates with colleagues and partners around the globe. Support strives to bring meaningfull solutions, be customer centric and deliver amazing experience.

Support is an important function within Infra & Ops and for Technology to achieve its vision and purpose. It indirectly enables PVH Europe in its journey to drive fashion forward for good.
The Position
We are looking for a Knowledge Manager who is passionate about promoting and utilizing knowledge assets.
You own the Knowledge Management process for the PVH Europe organization and collabortate with knowledge managers in other regions to continuously improve the process. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure knowledge is always up to date and avaialable to everyone within PVH.
Reporting into the Head of Support PVH Europe the Knowledge Manager is responsible for creating joint activities through workshops, meetings, trainings and other means to strengthen connections which aid information exchange throughout the PVH organization utilizing ServiceNow.
You support teams with the creation of knowledge articles, Standardize, implement new ideas and drive improvement / innovation projects from a knowledge management structure perspective. Building and maintaining positive and meaningful relationships with stakeholders.
We are looking for a dedicated Knowledge Manager to be responsible for maintaining a consistently relevant and up to date Knowledge Base which ebales the shift left and empowerment strategy.
The Knowledge Manager is a demanding function and will require hands-on, such as article creation, standardization, technical innovation and continuous interaction with cross organization teams in different regions.
Your main tasks, however, include uildoing partnerships, managing projects which continuously improve the knowledge base and analyzing metrics to drive initiatives.
To be successful you should demonstrate strong communicative and analytical skills. You should also demonstrate excellent writing and empathic skills.
Key Responsibilities:
In general, the responsibilities cover a wide range of applications including but not limited to:
- Knowledge management
- Providing a knowledge plan to all stakeholders to enable knowledge centred services.
- Leading continuous improvement for the Knowledge Base and Knowledge Management process.
- Identifying customer needs and deliver within the business context.
- Manage all knowledge relevant to PVH associates, L1, L2 and L3 teams.
- Ensure subject matter experts provide relevant knowledge articles and co-create where required.
- Perform quality assurance on all knowledge articles to ensure they align with standards, are easy to read, find, understand and apply.
- Building and Maintaining partnerships
- Maintaining positive relationships with all stakeholders by identifying needs and overseeing knowledge availability within the company and domain context.
- Building partnerships and liaising with team leaders to determine the knowledge requirements. and identify gaps.
- Transformation and Innovation
- Assessing feedback and using your creativity to establish, improve, and refine the knowledge base.
- Assessing customer feedback and using their expertise to establish, improve, and refine knowledge.
- Performance, cost and quality
- Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.

Technical skills:
- Expert knowledge of ITIL and ITSM (Topdesk / ServiceNow)
Background
In general, knowledge manager positions often require candidates to have an appropriate business-related degree, and ideally up to 2 years experience in a related function.
- Natural curiuosity to keep learning and understand organizational complexity
- Strong improvement and quality control skills.
- Understanding of Agile fundamentals and Lean methodology
- Good understanding of knwledge bases and related processes
- Expert translating knowledge into understandable overviews whichh can be used in practice.
