Department Description:

PVH Creative Services B2B is responsible for the architectural & interior design of showrooms, wellness & workplaces for PVH.
PVH Creative Services subsequently works hand in hand with (country based) Project Managers in order to execute and deliver dedicated projects.

With regards to showrooms, PVH Creative Services is responsible for the design, execution & delivery of seasonal concepts (these change 4x year), on a global scale for TH and on a European scale for Calvin Klein & Nike UW.
PVH Creative Services is also responsible for the concepts, design & roll-out of digital showrooms globally & the design of HQ/ wholesale architectural projects.

Position Description and responsibilities:
Reporting into the Manager Showroom Concepts & Design, you will support the design process of display concepts in support of the seasonal collections, in line with the global design briefs and divisional VM requirements. You are involved in all the different project phases; from devising concepts, detailed designs, to monitoring/directing execution and installation on site.
The process thereof includes:

  • Drawing up concepts & translating these into tangible designs , using SketchUp & Indesign as your main design tools
  • Working together with the other Designers & Coordinators involved on all related sourcing, tendering & budgeting as well as all related project schedules 
  • Together with the Coordinators & Designers involved, guiding execution & installation on site, and making sure the design is delivered as intended. 
  • Designing & adapting to scope, always keeping both budgets & sustainability targets in mind.
    You work in close collaboration with the entire team as well as the Divisional leads & Merchandising teams (Mens, Womens, Kids, Jeans, Sport, UW/Swim, FW/Acc), the VM teams & the Facilities/Showroom operations teams. 

 

  • You must be a natural people person, a team player, with excellent verbal & written communication skills. You are open-minded & accepting of feedback as well as creative input from all layers of the organization.
  • You must have relevant & goal-focused work experience (3 years minimum), and be comfortable interacting & working directly with suppliers, freelancers, temporary staff & international colleagues alike.
  • You must possess an absolute eye for detail & perfection as well as be thoroughly organized & capable of working on multiple projects at the same time.

    Requirements:
  • A bachelor/master's degree in Interior design/architecture or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in devising concepts & collaborating on design projects (Interiors, windows/ VM/events or similar)
  • Passionate & knowledgeable about the fashion, interior & creative design fields
  • Demonstrated energy, drive, determination and persistence; ability to multitask
  • A hands-on attitude & an absolute team player 
  • Strong eye for detail and a natural sense of design/styling.
  • Experience in graphic design is a +
  • Open minded with a global design mindset
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Full proficiency in design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch Up, Vray, Autocad)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal (English a must; Dutch or other languages a +)
  • Independent, quick thinker & solutions? driven 
  • Able to work within a large international company and a fast-paced environment
  • Used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines
