The Team


The role of the content team within the ecommerce department is to develop, implement and optimize creative content strategies with two main objectives: increase brand value and awareness through inspiration, drive conversion.


The Position


The Junior Content Specialist within the ecommerce department is part of the creative content team, reporting to the Content Manager. This person will be responsible to support the two content specialists on the production projects.


Key Responsibilities:


-   Creative Production - Support the creative content specialist on:


-   Prestyling:

  • Samples management with the different stakeholders
  • Organize and sort the looks on rails
  • Deck creation with the overview of the looks
  • Pack the looks to be shipped


-   Shoot/After the shoot

  • Unpack all samples, attach labels back on each combi
  • Arrange tailor to un-stich the tailored pieces & arrange dry-cleaning
  • Return all samples to the relevant stakeholders


-   Campaigns - Support the campaigns specialist on:

  • Tommy.com landing pages refreshes overview creation
  • Weekly check of product availability/delays for our assets
  • Website sanity check in terms of sold out products, coordination with our team and the CRM team to update the content accordingly
  • Execution production briefs for images crops, copy and translations


The Ideal Candidate:


-   3 years of experience in Marketing or ecommerce field, working on content production projects, working with creative teams


-   Organized, process and solution-orientated with an attention to detail


-   Strong communication skills


-   Ability to prioritize accordingly


-   Working well under pressure


-   Collaborative by nature


-   Knowledge of creative and technical aspects for eCommerce platforms


-   Understanding of ecommerce KPI's and drivers of the eCommerce business


-   Innovative thinker, always looking on how to bring content experiences online to another level


-   Fluent in English both verbally and written


-   University or Master degree required
