Role Description: End User Infra team is responsible for Client Engineering in PVH, maintaining and improving the backend infrastructure of Endpoints, including Client Computers, Mobile Devices, Group Policies, Automation/Scripting, Application Deployment, Licensing, Asset Management, etc. We also act as a 3rd level of escalation for our Tech Support (Service Desk) team, handling requests and incidents that were not able to be addressed by the 1st and 2nd line Teams. We are looking for an experienced IT Asset Management Professional to coordinate the entire pipeline of endpoints, from an operational perspective, making sure we are 100% in control of our assets during their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:
- To be the main responsible to control the IT Assets (endpoints and peripheral) lifecycle, during all phases: Procurement, Receive, Deploy, Maintain, Retrieve and Dispose;
- To be the primary point of contact for IT teams, coordinating and addressing requests for Assets;
- To keep control of Asset status according to the lifecycle phase in our ITAM Platform (ServiceNow);
- To coordinate the ITAM external partner responsible to procure, store, image and ship PVH devices from their external Warehouse;
- To forecast the needs of new assets from all stakeholders, including HR and Local IT Teams, making sure we have good coverage for future demands;
- To procure new devices and track outstanding orders together with our ITAM external partner;
- To coordinate all aspects of our Software Asset Management (SAM) as well, from procurement to renewal, keep good tracking of requests, budget, licenses purchased versus allocated;
- To provide regular reports regarding Hardware and Software assets regarding their status, lifecycle, costs and budget allocation;

Must Have Skillset;
- Strong experience (+5 years) in IT Asset Management;
- Previous experience working with ServiceNow in Asset Management, Licensing, Contracts and CMDB modules;
- Experience in process design and process improvements using standard methodologies such as BPMN;
- High attention to detail coupled with strong communication skills;
- The ability to multitask and handle ever-changing priorities in collaboration with cross-departmental teams;
- Strong experience in complex reporting. Familiarity with BI tools for reporting will be considered a plus (eg: PowerBI);

Work Environment: Hybrid (50% WFH / 50% at Amsterdam Campus). Candidate must be located in Netherlands, able to commute to Amsterdam;
