IT Asset Management Administrator (Freelance)
The Position
We are looking for an IT Asset Management Administrator who collaborates with the senior IT Asset Manager and takes responsibility for the administrative duties and inventory management.
You will maintain the records and databases containing information regarding licenses, warrenties and service agreements for PVH's peripherals. The scope of the assets you administer is focused on peripherals and are used within the 4 domains mentioned in the team overview above.
Reporting into the Head of Support PVH Europe the IT Asset Management Administrator is member of the Tech Support team. You are responsible for minimizing cost through product standardization, re-use and tracking.
This position requires 80% onsite presence in the Netherlands (PVH Campus, Warehouses and Retail locations) and 20% WFH). The position might require traveling to other locations with PVH Europe as we mature the position.
Key Responsibilities:
In general, the responsibilities cover:
- To be the main responsible to control the IT Assets lifecycle, during all phases: Procurement, Receive, Deploy, Maintain, Retrieve and Dispose;
- To be the primary point of contact for IT teams, coordinating and addressing requests for Assets;
- To keep control of Asset status according to the lifecycle phase in our ITAM Platform (ServiceNow);
- To coordinate the ITAM external partner responsible to procure, store, image and ship PVH devices from their external Warehouse;
- To forecast the needs of new assets from all stakeholders, including HR and Local IT Teams, making sure we have good coverage for future demands;
- To procure new devices and track outstanding orders together with our ITAM external partner;
- To coordinate all aspects of our Software Asset Management (SAM) as well, from procurement to renewal, keep good tracking of requests, budget, licenses purchased versus allocated;
- To provide regular reports regarding Hardware and Software assets regarding their status, lifecycle, costs and budget allocation;

Key Competences
- Proven track record (+3 years) in IT Asset Management;
- Previous experience working with ServiceNow in Asset Management, Licensing, Service Contracts and CMDB modules;
- Ability to express thoughts and ideas to others both oraly and in writing. Detiled documentation is a core must have skill.
- The ability to multitask and handle ever-changing priorities in collaboration with cross-departmental teams;
- Strong experience in complex reporting. Familiarity with BI tools for reporting will be considered a plus (eg: PowerBI);
- Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
- Self-motivation and able to take responsibility
- Good at organizing and managing multiple priorities.
