Department Description:
Risk Management & Assurance sits within the CFO (Finance) Hub and supports the business through four key domains; Profit Protection, Inventory & Asset Control, Risk Assurance & Governance and ERM.
Its objective is to develop a clear and comprehensive overview of the risk facing PVHE and lead the assurance activities which preserve its value.

Position Description and responsibilities:
In this role, you will act as a Business Partner and subject matter expert to country and central teams. Working alongside the Profit Protection Team, you will support all areas of commercial and operational excellence in operations across 21 countries and over 1600 trading spaces.

Reporting into Profit Protection, the successful candidate will be a business enabler and; 
 

  • Identify root causes of operational stockloss and support applicable business leaders with insights and remedial guidance.
  • Develop and deliver appropriate tools and reporting vehicles to measure the accuracy and integrity of stock movement.
  • Monitor and manage the inventory planning across PVH estate(O&O Stores, Warehouses etc.)
  • Establish inventory management policy & process
  • Ensure that the business is compliant with all (inventory) SOX and audit requirements.
  • Support in managing external inventory suppliers and inventory solutions.
  • Lead and strengthen the approach to both trade and non-trade count cycles (inclusive of vendor management).
  • Support the implementation and development of RFID.
  • Support analyse for Assurance assessments in denitrifying Inventory control risks.
  • Monitor, validate all the main inventory KPIs for the retail channels and report to Profit Protection. Including Shrink and to understand total loss
  • Liaise and coordinate with different markets and stake holders to promote corporate strategy, support in and share best practices and provide appropriate training.

     

Requirements:

  • Inventory control experience from retail/FMCG industries.
  • Strong analytical, numerical and Excel skills.
  • Ability to translate information into insights.
  • Excellent knowledge of applicable SAP solutions; FMS, HANA and BW.
  • Basic financial knowledge (IC movements, G/Ls, P&L and balance sheet).
  • Good organizational skills (need mapping) and action oriented.
  • Business fluency in English; any additional European language would be considered an advantage.
