Integrated Business Planning Consultant (Freelance)

Description:
- To collaborate with Finance business partners on requirements related to financial opex planning (budgeting and reforecasting) & integration to P&L, (direct & indirect costs across Headquarters, Markets, channels like Wholesale, Retail and/or e-commerce).
- Depending on the priorities, the candidate may be put into other projects related to Strategic demand planning or Range planning (specific to Fashion industry). In which case, the business partners would be Divisions, Global Merchandizing & Product merchandizing teams. So having knowledge in these areas is an added advantage.
- Translate the business needs into suitable solutions preferably using SAP BPC Embedded or SAP Analytics Cloud or any other in-house technologies
- Work together with ABI backend teams for bringing necessary data into planning solutions
- Effort estimation, Design, build, test and roll out the solutions to the business
- Follow design principles, naming conventions, development guidelines

Skills required
- Understand financial (OPEX related) and End to end planning processes related to Retail/Fashion industry, ability to speak business language
- Mandatory working experience in SAP BPC Embedded, SAP BW, ABAP, Analysis for office for Planning (ABDP is a plus), SAP Analytics Cloud for Planning (both native and hybrid)
- Ability to choose the best solution between SAC native vs. hybrid for any particular business case
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Ability to work in harmony in a team as well as an individual
- Navigate through working remotely (until return to office resumes), still maintaining good relations with Analytics & BI & Business counterparts
