The Department and Team


This role is within the PVH Brand Tommy Hilfiger where we are looking for a creative candidate who will thrive working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Within this role, the chosen candidate will provide support to the Tommy Jeans Men?s design team across all product categories



Role scope includes:



1. Administrative and Operational Support


   Preparing and updating tech packs with detailed product specifications, uploading/updating Digital Foamboard/Miro


   Organizing and maintaining design documentation and archives


   Research, organization & archiving inspirations samples, past season collections digitally and physically (office/offsite storage/miro)



2. Cross-Functional Collaboration


   Assisting with the preparation for key meetings, such as:


o   Rig Room Prep (organizing samples, pinning boards, supporting director with operational tasks, creating physical color cards).


o   Proto Reviews (prep styles for presentation, supporting designer on updating tech pack, updating/pinning boards).


o   Collection Framework (organizing samples, updating/pinning boards, uploading info in DF, supporting setting up tables/rails)



3. Production and Development Assistance


   Help manage the workflow for overlapping seasons or product lines to support woven and/or knits team


   Support design director during style outs/ organizing samples/dressing the model, photoshop final looks



4. Workflow Streamlining


   Preparing materials for internal and external presentations.


   Ensuring all files, samples, and materials are ready for cross-functional handoffs.



The Ideal Candidate:


   You have a true passion for the Tommy Hilfiger brand along with a strong understanding of Gen Z and the youth market that is our consumer target.


   Recent graduate with Bachelor?s degree in Fashion Design or an equivalent design diploma.


   You will have a hands-on and collaborative mentality as both are key in this fast-paced, dynamic environment.


   For the role, you will need to be technically skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.


   You will have strong skills in the English language, both verbal and in writing.
