You will be responsible for supporting and coaching a great team of senior engineers to provide the best end-user devices and software. With your support we will proceed with the implementation of big projects, improve the automation of tasks, and provide tools to the users and stores enabling their best and provide each customer with the best experience!



Position Responsibilities/Accountabilities:


  • You will lead a team of senior engineers to deliver the best user experience to all our associates in Europe.

  • Provide technical guidance to the team, how to plan, develop and execute projects.


  • Provide coaching and guidance to the team members during the daily activities.


  • Create knowledge articles and document the infrastructure.


  • Convert business requests into technical activities.


  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to address priorities and execution of the roadmap.


  • Work closely with other tech leads of different teams to collect feedbacks and hot topics to be addressed.


  • Consider new technologies and provide inputs to the business to improve the quality of the service provided.



What do we need from you? You have:


  • Minimum 7+ years working with end user infrastructure and relevant technologies.


  • Minimum 2+ years working in a tech lead position.


  • Deep knowledge in SCCM/MECM, JAMF, MDM platform (Intune/JAMF), Activity Directory and Group Policies.


  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise OS management, Windows, MacOS and iOS.


  • Experience working with PowerShell and automation.


  • Proven knowledge into creation of documentation, diagrams and development of process.


  • The ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities and projects.


  • Experience leading projects, with structure, setting priorities and breaking down big activities in trackable progress and timeline.


  • Knowledge on security tools such as Antivirus, vulnerabilities scanners and permissions definitions.


  • Agile mindset to manage the team and set priorities.
