Department Description:

Within PVH Europe’s Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Operations team is responsible to match the Demand & Supply from a flow of goods perspective and make sure that we deliver in line with the customer’s expectation. Within this department, the flow of goods is managed from the handover in the production countries until the drop off at the customer.


Position Description and responsibilities:

The Supply chain development manager will be responsible to drive process development & optimization by analyzing, proposing, and implementing new solutions. Has ability to setup the project from the scratch with defining objective, scope and timelines.

In frames of driving specific projects you will be responsible for: organizing and facilitating meetings/workshops, following up and monitoring on assigned actions, analyzing data, building solution concept, creating business case, build clear transparent and proactive communication with key stakeholders, project team and senior management. Ongoing focus on constant process improvement and digitalization is part of the scope.

To achieve these objectives, the Supply Chain Development Manager will closely work with Order Fulfillment, Inbound Logistics, Customer Service, Process Development, Distribution Center, Markets and other relevant teams ensuring that there is a clear understanding of the impact of the process improvements and clarity around timelines.


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain and/or Operations, preferably in fashion industry (including 2+ years in project management)

  • Strong Project Management skills

  • College or university degree with a focus supply chain management, Postgraduate level preferred; alternatively, equivalent combination of education and related work experience in the field of Logistics, Supply Chain and/or Operations.

  • Excellent understanding of best practices in the market with regards to digitalization and operational execution

  • Common understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies

  • Process minded and drive for perfection

  • Deep understanding of Supply Chain, Order Fulfillment, Finance, and Logistics processes

  • Strong degree of system knowledge (SAP FMS and MS Office suite)



You are:

  • A master in PowerPoint and Excel (VBA is a plus)

  • Ability to switch from detailed operational processes to high-level concepts to improve current way of working

  • Excellent project management-, problem structuring- and strategic problem solving skill set

  • Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally

  • Reliable and looking for ownership

  • Excellent at communication, able to translate complex information into clear insights and comfortable presenting in front of senior leadership audiences

  • Ambitious, motivated to go the extra mile and able to perform in a demanding work environment

  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to assemble data, interpret, craft executive summaries and deliver business insights and process improvements

  • Drive continuous planning, process, system and service improvements with the aim to increase customer’s satisfaction

  • Drive best in class Supply Chain processes to improve e2e delivery time from a completeness and timing point of view
