The Department and Team:
The Program Planning team is part of the Retail Store Development (RSD) and Shop-in-Shop (SIS) teams within the Omnichannel Department, servicing the design and implementation of new and refit stores/SIS across Europe, as well as Middle East and Africa, for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.
The Position:
The role of the Program Planning Specialist is to assist in the oversight, administration, and coordination of the Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein RSD & SIS teams, specifically concerning reporting, workload planning, project creation and budgets. This function’s work is essential to ensuring the team can meet all deadlines and stores are delivered, on-budget while providing visibility to management. Working closely with the Manager Store/SIS Development Program Planning and the RSD & SIS Directors, the individual should be a motivated self-starter and strong problem solver with the ability to provide administrative support to the entire team.
Role and Responsibilities:
Coordinate rollout program of CK & TH Stores & SIS and distribute as required both internally and externally on a weekly basis.
Consolidate & maintain fiscal year project forecast plan for supply chain planning, vendor check in conversations, monitoring total roll out and planning according resources.
Manage and distribute monthly Stores and SIS Rollout overviews as well as gather departmental stock data and requirements for demand planning by the supply chain team.
Create annual forecasts of rollout activities for Stores and SIS.
Create new Store Development & SIS Projects in System.
Prepare monthly store opening announcements of all new store openings and distribute as required both internally and externally on a monthly basis.
The Ideal Candidate::
Experience in Administration, Database Management, Reporting & Analysis, Retail processes, systems and strategies
Very good communication & interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in an advanced multi-tasking environment.
Attention to detail
Excellent administrative skills
1-2 years’ professional experience in relevant environment
Strong knowledge of MS Office, advanced Excel and Powerpoint is a must
Competence on SAP and Systems is an advantage
Experience with Adobe InDesign is an advantage
Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken
Can work in a 50/50 hybrid model
