Sr. Merchandise Planner TH Ecom (Partner Program /Marketplace)
PLANNING :
Divisional / product category planning for Marketplace / Partner Program (pre-season planning, KPI monitoring, in season management) in order to provide direction and guidance for the market place / Partner Program business
Steer forecast by channel for Marketplace / Partner Program of sales, markdown & margins (WSSI)
Advice Buying on in-season performance in order to optimize sales and minimize end stock.
Involvement in replenishment to optimize conversion on both channels and full price sell-through
Stock protection build up and monitoring
Execute profitability analysis
Support on and execute the financial and operational forecast
Own & execute promotional strategy
REPORTING / ANALYSES :
Weekly, MTD, YTD, STD trade performance analyses by country and division (sales, stock, markdown and margin)
Ad hoc analysis depending on business needs
Building and sharing sell in sell out reports of wholesale accounts and providing direction for Partner Program strategy
Account seasonal deep dives
reporting enhancements
BUYING COLLABORATION :
Manage divisional/product category hindsight, buy budget, range plans based on historic performance and anticipated future development, sign offs and buy placement with merchandisers
Monitor size analysis and strategy for Partner Program
Post buy evaluation
Attendance of Marketplace / Partner Program account presentations
The Ideal Candidate:
Ideally 5+ years of planning experience preferably within Ecommerce
Marketplace/partner program ecommerce planning
Preferred education: Business, Fashion management
Strong numerical skills
Strong planning and organization skills, ability to multi-task
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in spreadsheet analyses to derive quantitative and qualitative business insights from data
Knowledge of SAP, BW, HANA; basic knowledge of Web analytics a plus
Quick to learn new systems and tools
Ability to summarize and visualize unstructured queries into a compact insight
Focused on achieving results & confident to take on accountability to deliver to expectations
Highly motivated and flexible, proactive approach
Team player with excellent social skills to build and strengthen the everyday relationship between core teams: buying and site merchandising
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across departments outside the core every day team
Fluency in English is required
