The Team

The EMEA Creative Services team is a creative hub within the DTC organization, responsible for providing consumers the most compelling store and showroom experience in the region based on the global direction. Overseeing the creation of VM & Windows guidelines, sampling and production of window concepts, showroom operations, and regional product presentation training.

The Position

The Specialist Creative Services Operations, part of the Creative Services Operations team reporting to the Manager Creative Services Operations, is responsible for driving processes and platforms, ultimately ensuring the operational excellence of the department and PVH Amsterdam showrooms. Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain department project management tool for effective project planning & cross-department visibility of activity

  
  

• Maintain the department calendar for effective department project planning, communication & information sharing

  
  

• Track and raise team Purchase Orders relating to visual and showroom projects

  
  

• Support in project management of Amsterdam showrooms including successful scheduling of seasonal showroom build-up/take-downs

  
  

• Collaborate with stakeholders on the digitalization of selling tools & customer experiences within showroom environments [Digital Product, 3D Experience, IT, Facilities, Regional teams]

  
  

• Drive overall process, ensuring on-time and in-budget delivery of digital showroom projects

  
  

• Manage the delivery & installation of new tools & experiences in the Amsterdam showrooms

  
  

• Capture seasonal Matterport models of the showrooms for EMEA guidelines

The Ideal Candidate

• Related university degree + 2-4 years’ work experience in project management, with a proven record of implementing effective processes

  
  

• A passion for collaboration and process management

  
  

• Experience in leading end-to-end projects, on time and on budget

  
  

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and PM tools

  
  

• Has digital knowledge

  
  

• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills

  
  

• Fluent English communication skills [written and spoken], Dutch is a plus

  
  

• Willingness to work outside regular working hours + 100% presence in office when required for showroom operations
