The Team
The Global Communications Team (GCT), part of the Global Consumer Engagement team, is responsible for developing all consumer-facing communication strategies for both Tommy Hilfiger and Tommy Jeans. The GCT?s Vision is to:
1. Consistently drive brand desirability and relevance.
2. Build consumer love, desire and trust for our products.
3. Amplify the impact of all brand initiatives and projects through global press.
4. Engage with the target audience across all communication touchpoints.
Way of Working
The GCT team is responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders including global and regional teams, as well as business partners. They will work closely with respective stakeholders to ensure all communications strategies are effectively implemented on a regional/local level while delivering a consistent brand message and elevating the brand´s exposure. By leveraging each other´s expertise and creativity, the team members work together to develop and execute integrated communication and product seeding strategies that move the needle with audiences around the world.
The Tommy Hilfiger brand DNA is at the heart of this team ? from classic American cool to the signature red, white and blue, iconic lifestyle meets innovative storytelling across the GCT. The team delivers on every initiative with the single Shared Objective to win at consumer engagement through every touch point, message, and decision.
The Position
Based within the Global Brand Communications Team for Tommy Hilfiger, the Showroom Coordinator, Communications & PR, TH Global plays a valuable role in supporting all aspects of the Communications & PR function. Reporting to the Manager Communications & Entertainment Influencer Marketing Product, TH Global, this role functions to enable the smooth operations of the team and support the work taking place across all regions.
The Showroom Coordinator, Communications & PR should be a beacon in the daily communication with all regions, and support the regional managers with daily team tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Focus on the day to day running of the showroom and sample shipments / returns for local markets
Ensuring showroom is presentable at all times
Updating a keeping track of all sample management via Launchmetrics
Work with the US archive to ensure old-season product is Archived correctly
Editorial sample gifting, product orders, split and markets communication
Creating decks and briefs for editorial/stylist requests
Working with PVH Archives to contribute to their stock by handing out old collections
Handling ongoing logistics and customs cases
Support Global Comms team on ad-hoc requests
Product movements (organize and alloc product into shipping boxes and arrange shipments from HQ to local teams)
Create agendas for weekly meetings with EMEA Hubs + minutes during calls
Send reminders to the EMEA markets to update google drive calendar on a weekly basis with the latest Talent & Comms confirmed activations (with supervision from Talent & Comms EMEA team)
Updating Global News Calendar google doc on a daily basis with the latest Talent & Comms confirmed activations (with supervision from Talent & Comms EMEA team)
Weekly reminders to EMEA markets on key deadlines for Talent & Comms inputs and content library updates (with supervision from Talent & Comms EMEA team)
Media/Social monitoring on latest trends in fashion and entertainment as well as updating and monitoring EMEA Talent & Comms campaigns (Lefty & Launchmetrics)
The Ideal Candidate
Professional degree in a related field & 2-4 years of work experience
Strong executional mindset with an understanding of how creative and logistical production works
Naturally strives for everyday excellence, ensuring the highest standards and quality are always met
Very detail oriented and able to apply learnings in one area across multiple projects
Natural curiosity in people, projects and ways of working
