The Team


The Global Consumer Brand Experience team is responsible for crafting immersive, multi-sensory environments that captivate consumers and drive brand loyalty. Through Retail Concept Design, Visual Merchandising, Windows & Showrooms and Store Experience, we elevate engagement across all channels and markets with a 360° approach.


Balancing creativity with commercial strategy, we ensure global consistency with local adaptability, shaping the physical identity and consumer experience across retail, wholesale, and pop-up environments. Together, we create compelling spaces that inspire consumers and reinforce Tommy Hilfiger as a leading lifestyle destination.


The Position


As Specialist, Concept & Interior Design, you will support the development and execution of global retail concept and interior design projects, focusing on the sourcing, specification, and documentation of creative elements that define the Tommy Hilfiger store experience. This includes mood boards, material sourcing, furniture and decorative items, and 2D/3D designs. You?ll work cross-functionally with design peers and stakeholders to ensure design consistency, brand alignment, and regional adaptability.


Key Responsibilities


Concept Development & Creative Sourcing


   Support the creation of concept direction presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.


   Source and specify furniture, fixtures, finishes, decorative elements, and foliage.


   Maintain and curate the sample and material library, ensuring timely updates.


   Assist in developing design intent drawings and 3D visualizations aligned with approved concepts.


Guideline Creation & Regional Enablement


   Collaborate with the design team to develop executional guidelines for global rollouts.


   Create detailed documentation that enables independent regional execution.


   Work closely with regional partners to tailor concept elements to local needs.


Cross-Functional Collaboration


   Liaise with the FF&E team to support the regional production of bespoke furniture and elements.


   Partner with concept designers to ensure a 360° experience across environments.


   Support internal communications and stakeholder presentations.


Design Operations & Brand Alignment


   Ensure all deliverables reflect Tommy Hilfiger?s visual identity and brand strategy.


   Help maintain the global concept guideline archive and reference materials.


   Contribute to project tracking and creative support across all design phases.


Requirements


  Degree in (Interior) Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.


   2-3 years of experience in retail or interior design; global fashion/retail experience preferred.


   Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.


   Experience across multiple design phases, from concept to detailing and delivery.


   Highly creative with a keen eye for detail and strong understanding of spatial and brand design.


   Passion for furniture, materials, and decorative element sourcing.


   Basic knowledge of graphic design is a plus.


  Strong communicator with fluent English skills (written and spoken); other languages are a plus.


   Curious, collaborative, and solution-oriented team player.
