The Team

Global Brand Communications drives strategies and executions to enhance brand and business reputation, maximize brand exposure through earned and organic channels, deliver global alignment of consumer-facing communications channels, and lead all associate facing communications and engagement tactics.

Fitting within this group, Communications & PR focuses on the distribution of our brand and collection/product news across our owned and third-party channels, including the development of earned media partnerships and platforms. The team seeks to enhance brand reputation, deepen consumer awareness of key attributes/activations/Hero Products, attract new consumers within our target groups, and trial innovative new storytelling techniques.

The Position

Based within the Global Brand Communications Team for Tommy Hilfiger, the Showroom Coordinator, Communications & PR, TH Global plays a valuable role in supporting all aspects of the Communications & PR function. Reporting to the Senior Manager Communications & PR, TH Global, this role functions to enable the smooth operations of the team and support the work taking place across all regions.

The Showroom Coordinator, Communications & PR, TH Global should be a ‘beacon’ in the daily communication with all regions, and support the regional managers with daily team tasks, and the wider global Communications & PR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on the day to day running of the showroom and sample shipments / returns for local markets

  • Ensuring showroom is presentable at all times

  • Updating a keeping track of all sample management via Launchmetrics

  • Work with the US archive to ensure old-season product is Archived correctly

  • Supporting product orders and sending

  • Supporting Snr. Coordinator with monthly seeding activities, look for ways to improve and scale our monthly output

  • Support with daily pack shot & pricing requests

  • Coordinating the press releases and media alert requests that come in via markets/licensees with the copy team, including updating deadlines, assets etc.

  • Maintenance of all Marketing/Communications distribution lists

  • Support Global Comms team on ad-hoc requests

  • Supporting on seasonal events including but not limited to organizing car transfers, accommodation, itinerary, hotel liaison, restaurant bookings

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Professional degree in a related field & 2-4 years of work experience

  • Strong executional mindset with an understanding of how creative and logistical production works

  • Naturally strives for everyday excellence, ensuring the highest standards and quality are always met

  • Very detail oriented and able to apply learnings in one area across multiple projects

  • Natural curiosity in people, projects and ways of working

  • Results oriented

  • Strong view of always-on improvement
