Department and Team Description
The Tommy Hilfiger Global Consumer Engagement group brings the brand?s campaigns, activations, and products to life for consumers across all marketing and commercial touch points. With relentless focus and consistency, the team executes high impact brand and product storytelling that builds desirability and relevance with consumers.
The Global Consumer Engagement leadership team is comprised of a group of highly experienced marketing channel leaders who set the global agenda and playbooks for Media; Communications; Entertainment & Talent; Social Media; Events; Retail, Wholesale & Digital Marketing; and Sponsorships.
Together this team has the power to reach, inspire, entertain, educate and cultivate a sense of belonging for consumers globally and it is the leadership team´s role to ensure that this is done with clockwork alignment, agile budget management, deep partnership with the regions, and strong empowerment for each team to run a fit for channel strategy.
The Global Consumer Engagement group is responsible for executing an integrated marketing plan that builds brand equity and delivers on business targets. The mission is to shape the unique and meaningful consumer-facing experiences that cut through to target audiences and make Tommy Hilfiger´s collections the most desirable in the market.
Team & Position Summary:
The Global Events team owns development and execution of all global activation touchpoints both for internal associates, key business stakeholders, and consumer & industry focused public activations.
This role will support the creation, planning, and flawless execution of special events and guest enhancing experiences across the brand?s two independent, but related product/content pillars: Hilfiger + Tommy Jeans.
Responsibilities
The assignment is for a short term to support the Commercial Events team over a period of 3 months due to a peak period.
The peak period contains the production of the Collection Handover Fall 2026 for both Calvin Klein EMEA, TH Global as well as for PVH Global Partner Day 2026.
The assignment is there to support on project management, administration, stakeholder management and production execution.
Program Development and Execution
Support the development and delivery of seasonal global event programs that drive brand storytelling, talent alignment, commercial interest, and press engagement.
Independently manage assigned workstreams within larger projects, contributing from planning through to post-event debrief and documentation.
Help refine global event guidelines to ensure alignment with brand messaging, sustainability, and Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) priorities.
Event Production & Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate key production milestones and deliverables.
Develop production documentation, including run-of-show outlines, technical specs, and briefing materials for partners and stakeholders.
Act as an on-site lead for smaller event formats or as a key support for larger global productions, contributing to smooth execution and team alignment.
Monitor industry trends and proactively contribute relevant inspiration and case studies to support innovation in event strategy.
Budget & Operations
Track project budgets across assigned workstreams, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting against forecast.
Lead invoice processing and support reconciliation efforts in collaboration with Finance and Procurement teams.
Contribute to the development of event measurement tools and support data collection for post-event KPI analysis.
Process & Administrative Ownership
Maintain shared team documents, trackers, and master decks for use across global stakeholder groups.
Coordinate meetings, agendas, and cross-functional communication to ensure clarity and progress across teams.
Help refine internal templates and documentation standards to improve team efficiency and consistency.
Sustainability and Brand Stewardship
Proactively integrate sustainability and I&D principles across assigned projects, recommending best practices and tracking relevant impact metrics.
Act as a cultural steward of the brand, ensuring all activations reflect Tommy Hilfiger?s tone, values, and creative direction.
