The Department and Team:
The Brand Office is consumer driven and value led, focused on delivering impact and incremental profits for the corporation. The team adds value by smart, scalable, consumer centric initiatives, while leveraging data and insights to validate our approach.
As a part of the wider Brand Office, the Consumer Insights and Brand Strategy team is charged with driving consumer understanding for Tommy Hilfiger globally, and for Calvin Klein in Europe, securing a stronger consumer and brand informed decision making process with our key business stakeholders.
The Brand Strategy Planning team is specifically responsible for driving consumer and brand understanding in PVH's long term strategic planning processes.
The Position:
As a Senior Specialist working in the Brand Strategy Planning team, this position will support in securing the integration of Consumer Insights and Brand Strategy content into the global business planning process for PVH. The position will require the ability to process and analyse multiple sources of quantitative data and develop presentations / dashboards to inform strategic brand and business choices on both a global and regional level.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Execute the monthly creation of the Consumer Led KPIs report; structuring and analyzing a defined set of sales, consumer survey and other third-party data into a standardized framework with key insights identified on brand performance
Drive the enhancement and automation of the Consumer Led KPIs report through improved data structures, processes, visualizations and securing complementary data sets.
Collaborate with partners across the PVH EU business to secure accurate and reliable data for all Brand Strategy Planning team standardized reporting.
Ad-hoc projects to synthesize complex and large consumer, sales and other business data sets into presentable key management insights that influence strategic decisions, standardizing where relevant in dashboard or PowerPoint presentation format.
The Ideal Candidate:
2-5 years of work experience in data analytics and market research, ideally within consumer insights, or related quantitative field; retail and apparel experience is preferred.
Experience in using tables, charts, graphs, and other data visualizations to distill complex work into simpler clear conclusions and recommendations through presentations and dashboards.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Thinkcell a plus), data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau) and research tools/databases (EDITED, Euromonitor, Worldbank Database etc.)
Strong visual design skills, strict attention to detail.
Collaborative; able to liaise with a remote set of business stakeholder in HQ.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
