The Department and Team:
The Analytics & Business Intelligence (ABI) department at PVH Europe is responsible for delivering the organization towards a data driven, fact-based future. Consisting of a mix between technology experts, enterprise- and advanced analytics authorities, back-end gurus and experienced fashion team members.
We deliver a best in class (big) data platform that we have optimized to support associates across the value chain with high performing, accurate, information structured in a variety of front-end tooling for use by over 3,000 associates on a regular basis.

The Position:
We are looking for a Senior Data Warehouse Developer to join our Data Platform team and drive the optimization of our Enterprise Data Warehouse that is SAP HANA based. You will work in a multidisciplinary international team and collaborate with different business stakeholders. Think of data scientists, big data engineers and business analyst colleagues to analyze the huge amount of data and build end-to-end integration solutions between different source systems and platforms.
Role and Responsibilities:
Analyse, Design, Develop and Test robust Data Warehouse solutions in SAP HANA & SAP BW
Design, automate, schedule and load jobs necessary to extract data from source systems or external providers into the Data Warehouse;
Be a driver for innovation on the platform, making sure our systems will be and stay up to date with latest technologies in the area of data warehousing.
Ensure efficient data processing on an ongoing basis including data consistency of data attributes, naming conventions and element value types;
Ensuring that all data flows & models are documented in line with the guidelines and ready on release to production.
Improve speed of new releases (continuous delivery) by collaborating with the report, data lake and support teams.
The Ideal Candidate:
More then 5 years experience in HANA and BW
Lives within 1 hour from PVH Campus
Will work 2-3 days on-site in Amsterdam
Can translate business requirements into backend solutions individually
Has experience working in retail industry
Has great interpersonal skills
Is capable of working independently
Enjoys sharing knowledge/coaching others
