The Department and Team:

The Product Strategy and Transformation department is the strategy and transformation function for Tommy Hilfiger Product Global, the department covers Merchandise Planning, Calendar and milestone management, Project Strategy and Project Management. We are trusted advisors of our leadership team. We are a team of strategic problem solvers, analytical thinkers, and passionate team players, ambitious professionals who strive to bring about change and get our iconic brand to the next level, and help to see this through.

EE23 has an objective to; Create an environment that allows us to make faster and more aligned decisions while removing pain points and streamlining operations by simplifying processes, systems and structures while strengthening our foundation for future growth. The program is for 12 months, led by a multifunctional team with 12 workstreams across all EMEA and most fucntions. The program is critical for the long term business performance and associate engagement. We started the journey already and kicking-off the implementation phase now.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Director Product Strategy & Projects, the EE23 Senior Project Manager will work alongside our team members in the execution of the TH Product creation transformation and implement operational changes with the key focus to boost efficiency, effectiveness and overall performance. Problem solving, project and stakeholder management and ensuring the highest quality of work are essential elements of this role.We are looking for a positive team player with great communication skills, that is not afraid to take on a challenge, and that is passionate about finding answers to complex problems and turning everything that they do into a success.

As a Senior Project Manager within the TH Product Project Management team you will:

• Co-Lead (together with Program Lead) the problem solving process: manage the structuring of issues, the running of analyses, RACIs, and the development of actionable recommendations for the business.

• Assess and understand overall program/project objectives and partner with stakeholders to build and manage the transformation.

• Drive clarity of all key tasks and objectives throughout the program.

• Own and drive the preparation of top management business presentations and Steering Committees.

• Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops with all levels of the organization.

• Comfortable with high levels of ambiguity, having a high sense of ownership and not shying away from responsibility.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in project or program management

• Master’s degree from a leading school/university (preferably project management focused)

• MUST: specialised in organisational structure transformation, building governance structure to track change & process mapping

• Experience with different project management methodologies

• Demonstrated aptitude for analytics

• Strong communication skills

• Eager to learn and able to quickly understand new topics

• Strong problem solving and structuring skills

• Able to perform in a dynamic work environment

• Located in reasonable proximity of the PVH HQ in Amsterdam, Netherlands due to the hybrid working model

• Strong in an executional role with an understanding for the operational side
