The Department and Team
CALVIN KLEIN Europe has launched a series of interconnected projects aimed at transforming our in-house marketing and data management capabilities to create a more connected, integrated and personalized dialogue with our consumers. A key part of this transformation project is the in-housing of our Performance marketing teams.
In the last year we have been building the foundations and the team for Calvin Klein Performance Marketing. Now we are looking into moving to the next phase: building on the foundations and accelerating 2023 growth with key projects within the team and cross teams and departments.
The SEA/PPC Specialist will collaborate with the SEA team on day to day operational and strategic initiatives contributing to business growth.
Role and Responsibilities:
Responsible for reaching defined targets on revenue growth for assigned markets
Monitor KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, basis against targets
Support on the Paid Search Strategy execution for the assigned markets according to its needs
Manage paid search campaigns end to end to ensure a successful outcome across multiple search engines, markets and languages
Plan, propose, develop and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, ad copy and other elements of paid search
Execute channels roadmap aligned with the overall Marketing calendar and E-Commerce Strategy
Identify and act on high impact opportunities
Coordinate strategic projects that will drive the growth of paid search such as bidding automation, measurement, experimentation roadmap
Support other markets and team members to meet team and business goals
Share best practices and learnings with other team members and other teams
The Ideal Candidate:
3+ years experience in in working in a fast-paced digital agency, Ecom environment or performance marketing
Knowledge and understanding of paid search bid management tools and technologies e.g. Search ads 360, Marin, Kenshoo, etc
Strong commercial mindset
Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to turn analysis into action
